We work very strategically whenever we list a home. There’s a tried-and-true way that we ensure our sellers get the best exposure possible and sell for top dollar, and today we’ll be sharing our techniques with you.
Think of when a big Hollywood blockbuster comes out—they do commercials, tours, trailers, and other types of marketing. Similarly, we need to make sure people know that your home is going to be on the market.
On the first day, we call your neighbors to let them know we listed your home, and we personally invite them to the open house.
On day two, we send out ads on social media so online buyers know there’s a new listing available. We target your area as well as areas that buyers are moving from.
On day three, your property hits the MLS and is syndicated to thousands of websites across the globe.
On day four, we prospect through our database of buyers and reach out to people who have shown interest in making a purchase.
On day five, we reach out to local Realtors to ensure their buyers know your home is available.
On day six, we do an open house. This will take place on a Sunday afternoon, and all of our marketing usually nets about 20 to 30 different groups of interested people.
On day seven, we follow up with everyone who came to the open house. By following up with all these leads, we can schedule additional showings, gauge interest, and answer any questions.
