1. Declutter. This doesn’t cost anything and can make a massive difference in how your house shows. With less stuff in the home, it will naturally feel larger. It will be airier and more inviting to buyers. It isn’t too hard and only takes a bit of time if you plan in advance.

2. Paint. Depending on the paint already inside your house, a new coat could substantially help your sale, and it’s not especially expensive. 2020 Recession & How It Affects The South Florida Housing Market

With all the volatility in the market and all the craziness going on in the news with COVID-19 and the coronavirus, a lot of people think we're heading for a housing crash similar to what we had in 2008. A lot of people still have PTSD about buying at the wrong time, and that's extremely understandable. And nobody knows the future, but I'm here to give you five reasons why the economy today is not like what it was in 2009.
